Well, it's a coping mechanism, not a good one
After hearing about the Florida Foley scandal, I just felt like this lady in the picture looks.

I feel exactly the same way...... unfortunately, drinking while gestating one's young is sooooo passe. But I'll happily just curl up for a nap any second of the day sans the alcohol.
